1. Introduction and Agreement

This is an agreement between "Mom & Daughter Crafty Boutique LLC" and our "Users" and "Customers".
By accessing our website Momdaughtercraftyboutique.com or making a purchase, you, the customer agree to be bound by these terms.
We at Mom & Daughter Crafty Boutique LLC Reserve the right to update these terms at any time; changes are effective immediately upon posting.

2. Products and Pricing

Handcrafted items may have slight variations in color, texture, or design. No two will be identical.
Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes or shipping unless specified.
We at Mom & Daughter Crafty Boutique LLC reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as limited stock or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Anything purchased From Mom & Daughter Crafty Boutique LLC will ship within 48 hours. This is 48 hours on the days that the mail is running. This does not include holidays.
Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, we at Mom & Daughter Crafty Boutique LLC, are no longer responsible. The risk of loss now lays with you, the customer.
Mom & Daughter Crafty Boutique LLC will not be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any events outside of our control.

Return and Refund Policy

At Mom & Daughter Crafty Boutique LLC, we take pride in our work. Please review our policy below regarding returns and final sale items:

14-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for new products only.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, new products must be unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags still attached.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable) Items: The following items are sold AS-IS and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Handmade Crafts: Due to the unique nature of these items, all handmade goods are final sale.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made sublimation decals or personalized items.
- Used Items: Any used clothing or used accessories.
Restocking Fee: A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all eligible returns.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Required Authorization: All returns must have email confirmation from us before being sent back. We cannot process returns that have not been pre-approved via email.
